Job Description

ESWL is a fast paced Global Procurement business supporting customers in a range of industries with their procurement needs. Since our inception in 2010 we have rapidly grown into today’s trusted business with our customers, the community and our people. Due to our continued expansion we've got an opportunity for Key Account Managers to join our growing team and be part of the next stage of our journey.

As a part of our sales team you will be responsible for working closely with key customers and developing sales activity across the business. You will build relationships and uncover opportunities to deliver incredible results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase purchases made through our services instead of customers sourcing through other channels. Doing benchmark and analysis to accelerate the growth of the new accounts and existing customers.
  • Work within our proven process to raise the company profile within our target market places. Monitor performance, visiting customers & establishing strong relationships with buyers & project managers.
  • Develop cost saving case studies for new & existing ESWL customers
  • Be receptive and reactionary to market changes and demands from customers and how the ESWL procurement service offering can improve.

Background & Experience:

  • Experience in a sales or account management role is essential.
  • Relevant experience within the industries that we operate will be advantageous.

Skills and abilities:

  • Must have strong personal and relationship building skills
  • Should be commercially intelligent
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
