Job Description

ESWL is a fast paced Global Procurement business supporting customers in a range of industries with their procurement needs. Since our inception in 2010 we have rapidly grown into today’s trusted business with our customers, the community and our people. Due to our continued expansion we've got an opportunity for Supply Chain Specialists to join our growing team and be part of the next stage of our journey.

As a part of our supply chain team you will be responsible for working closely with key suppliers and vendors. You will build relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings whilst improving efficiency and manage potential risks. You will also work closely with internal Key Account Managers and best support them in their role for achieving results for their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing products effectively and efficiently as per business requirements
  • Identifying, suggesting and contacting new suppliers
  • Identifying opportunities for reducing costs, improving efficiency and mitigating risk
  • Processing/Placing orders on behalf of Key Account Managers
  • Creating and sending quotations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stake holders
  • Assisting Key Account Managers with all other aspects of the procurement cycle

Background & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar supply chain role is essential.
  • Experience in SAGE will be advantageous but not essential

Skills and abilities:

  • Must have strong personal and relationship building skills
  • Should be commercially intelligent
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisation skills are essential
